We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

Every person on this platform has been manually approved and confirmed to live in your building. These guidelines keep that trust intact.
Be a Good Neighbour
- Treat residents the way you would want to be treated in person
- Be respectful even when you disagree
- Keep conversations relevant to your building community
- Welcome new residents
- Look out for one another
What Is Not Allowed
The following will result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban:
- Harassment or bullying of any kind
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Personal attacks
- Sharing another person’s private information without their consent
- Spam or commercial solicitation
- Illegal content of any kind
- Impersonation of another resident or person
- Deliberate misinformation
Flagging Content
Use the flag button on any post, comment, chat, or message to report content that violates these guidelines. Every flag is reviewed by our team. You will not be identified to the person you flagged. Please do not abuse the flag system.
Moderation Decisions
All flagged content is reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are final. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact downthehall.io@gmail.com.
A Note on Verification
Every resident has submitted proof of residency and been manually approved. If you believe someone does not actually live in your building, flag their content and contact downthehall.io@gmail.com directly.
